4. Fees & Payment

5. Attendance & Discipline

- Misconduct, harassment, or disruption may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
- All study materials, content, videos, and documents provided by Sprachlernen are for personal use only.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Examinations & Results
- Sprachlernen prepares students for external examinations but does not conduct official exams.
- Exam registration, fees, and results are managed by official examination bodies.
- We do not guarantee passing results.
8. Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds are subject to our official Refund Policy.
- Course cancellations by students must be communicated in writing.
- No refunds will be issued after course commencement unless stated otherwise.
9. Documents & Confidentiality
- All student documents are handled confidentially.
- Students are responsible for providing genuine and valid documents.
- Submission of false information may lead to immediate termination of services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sprachlernen is not responsible for:
- Visa rejections
- Exam failures
- University or Ausbildung application outcomes
- Delays caused by external authorities
Our role is limited to guidance and academic preparation.
11. Use of Website
Users agree not to:

- Misuse website resources
